The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 294(b), 506(ii) and 498-A of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No. not known of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.22 of 2016.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
