ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint filed before the respondent dated 29.11.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.11.2019 is not available with the respondent. However, if the petitioner gave a fresh complaint, the respondent police is ready to consider the same and to take action.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent and on such complaint being received, the respondent police is directed to consider the same and take action on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
