The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-1, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.03.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366A, 370, 370A, 372, 376 of IPC and 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 of the Immoral Traffic [Prevention] Act, 1956 and 4, 5 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 in Crime No.722 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that A-6, who claims to be the cousin sister of the victim had brought her from West Bengal to Bangalore under the pretext of arranging job, where A-6 handed over her to the petitioner / A-1 and A-2. Thereafter, A-1 and A-2 handed over the victim to A-1's father-in-law and mother-in-law, who are arrayed as A-3 and A-4. They took a house and kept the victim in the house and used her for brothel. 3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner / A-1 and A-2 are the prime accused in this case. Though the case was registered on 03.12.2015, the petitioner could be secured only on 10.03.2016 and the second accused, namely, Sunil is still absconding and the investigation is not yet completed.

sri 4.There is no change of circumstances for granting bail to the petitioner, hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 11.04.2016 sri Crl.O.P.No.6849 of 2016 2/2
