This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.02 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that pursuant to the investigation made by the respondent police in Crime No.02 of 2015, a Final Report has been filed before the Principal Sessions Court, Salem and in view of the same the prayer in this quash petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
