This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of 1/4

Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to issue Patta to the petitioner for the property situated Plot No.113, measuring an extent of 187 sq.mt., (2012 sq.ft.,) in the approved layout vide No.P.P.D/L.O.No.26/2010 comprised in Old Survey No.9, New Survey No.156 Part, as per Patta No.3311 in New Survey Nos.156/2A in New subdivision Survey No.156/2A1A1A1A, situated at, Padianallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been granted in favour of the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
