2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent on 11.04.2016 for facilitating him to file an application before the concerned Magistrate to send the petitioner for medical examination to obtain age and potential certificates.
