Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 20.03.2017 seeking refund of Security deposit and Royalty in all working out to a tune of Rs.15,57,400/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs fifty seven thousand and four hundred only).

Heard Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned Counsel for the petitoner and Mr.Zakkir Hussain, learned Government Advocate for

the respondents. Though the writ petition raises various contentions in regard to the relief sought in sum and substance the prayer of the petitioner before me is for issuance of, a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose representation dated 20.03.2017 seeking refund of Security deposit and Royalty, in all working out to an amount of Rs.15,57,400/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs fifty seven thousand and four hundred only).

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Government states that the representation, though filed in March 2017, is still pending adjudicated and that a direction may be issued to the 1st respondent who has to consider and dispose of the same. 3.In the light of the aforesaid, the petitioner shall appear before the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Fisheries Development Corporation Limited on 15.03.2019 or any date proximate to the same to be intimated to the petitioner in advance and the representation shall be disposed within a period of four weeks from the conclusion of the personal hearing. 4.This Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
