ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.02.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 05.02.2016, but the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint, both parties were called for enquiry and on enquiry, the petitioner herself has given a statement that the matter has been compromised between both parties and hence, no action is necessary and it was recorded and on that basis, the complaint was closed. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for alternative remedy, if necessary.
