ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent police to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the first respondent on 01.04.2014 in STC No.49 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris. 2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3.Though notice to the first respondent has been ordered and served on him, no one represented the first respondent. So, I am of the view that it is a fit case for giving direction to the second respondent.

4.Accordingly, the second respondent police is directed to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the first respondent on 01.04.2014 in S.T.C.No.49 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
