Though the delay is 5892 days, we find that the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent have filed these applications to bring themselves on record as his legal heirs.

2. We find that sufficient reasons have been assigned for the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the 1st respondent is set aside and the petitioners 1 to 4 are brought on record as LRs of the deceased 1st respondent and ranked as respondents 4 to 7 in the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
