This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 10.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.558 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27158 of 2024 that "Para 4 the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Tirupathur Taluk Police Station, Tirupathur District, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and shall report before the Uthangarai Police Station on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 pm., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.558 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27158 of 2024, dated 10.03.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Tirupathur Taluk Police Station, Tirupathur District, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and shall report before the Uthangarai Police Station on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 pm., until further orders is relaxed.
