CORAM:

THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE M.M. SUNDRESH AND THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE C.SARAVANAN C.M.A. No. 1533 of 2017 R.Duraisamy ...Appellant Vs.

Rajeswari ... Respondent Prayer : Appeal filed under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against the order and decree dated 04.02.2017 made in I.A.No.95 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No. 7 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Coimbatore.

For Appellant : No appearance For Respondent : Notice served

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.Sundresh,J.) This appeal is preferred against the award of Rs.3,000/- towards interim maintenance in favour of the respondent. The aforesaid order was passed after accepting the contention of the appellant that he was earning a sum of Rs.200/- per day.

2. The amount awarded, in our considered view, is very reasonable as only a sum of Rs.3,000/ has been ordered to be paid per month pending disposal of the main petition.

3. We are not inclined to interfere with the order of the Court below. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP No. 8127 of 2017 is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CCC) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
