The criminal revision case has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 10.08.2023 in Cr.M.P.1671 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge for SC/ST(POA) Act, Thiruppur District.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner petitioner filed the complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. since he was fighting for his promotion and the cases were pending before this Court.
