O R D E R
By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders on his representation dated 07.07.2024 seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of 5th respondent in respect of 1 1⁄2 cents of land in R.S.No.163/11A, later re-surveyed as R.S.No.163/11A1 of Sendur Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District.
3. A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.07.2024 would indicate that petitioner has not given the description of the 2/4
property in respect of which the 5th respondent was issued patta. Therefore, no purpose will be served by directing the respondents to consider the representation without proper description of the property. Hence, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction as prayed for. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the 4th respondent by giving proper description of the property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the 4th respondent within a time stipulated, the 4th respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its' own merits after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 5th respondent within a further period of six weeks. 23.09.2024 Index : Yes/No nr 3/4
