This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 21.09.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.4411 of 2022 passed by the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act at Chennai connected with Crime No.73 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instruction, submitted that the petitioner was enlarged on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2495 of 2023 by order dated 06.02.2023.
