With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2015 and thereby direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's property situated at Survey No.54/5 to an extent of 1 acre 70 cents of Punjai land of Madapattu Village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Villupuram District.
3.Though, very many contention were raised in this writ petition, at the time of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents to measure the S.No.54/5 in Madapattu Village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Villupuram District that would be suffice, further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a suit is filed in OS.No.112 of 2009 by one Nagakann against the petitioner is pertaining to land in S.No.53/1, which is no way connected the survey No.54/5.
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 01.06.2015 by issuing notice to Nagakann and other necessary parties and pass appropriate orders, with regard to measuring the property situated in S.No.54/5 in Madapattu Village, Ulundurpettai Taluk, Villupuram District. This Court also directs the petitioner to furnish the address of all the necessary parties including that of Nagakann to enable the respondents to issue notice to them. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
