CRIME NO.138 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioners shall report before the respodent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble court in Crl.O.P.No.22025 of 2021 in CCB-1 Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of police, Bank Fraud Investigation, team XI, Chennai Crime Branch, Chennai.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.INFANT DINESH, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22025 of 2021 on 22.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
