Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to circular NO.PAD/12/15 dated 17.04.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent and consequential communication NO.PAD/GSK/115 dated 19.01.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent to 4th respondent and letter dated 19.02.2016 issued by the 5th respondent and quash the same as illegal against Central Government Notification and IBA Circular dated 11.08.2014 and consequently direct the 2nd , 3rd and 4th respondents to appoint the Petitioner on compassionate ground as per Government guidelines as circulated by Indian Banks Association letter No.D.O.F.18-2-13 I.R. When the matter was taken up today for hearing, Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, learned counsel appearing for petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. In this regard, on behalf of petitioner, memo was filed seeking withdrawal of the petition. 2.Recording said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner, this Court permits the petitioner to with draw this present writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However there shall be no order as to costs.
