This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 19.01.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.597 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29424 of 2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the 1st Monday of every month till February 2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
