This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9705 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9026 of 2023 on 20.07.2023 to appear before the II Addl.

Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act cases, Chennai once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is investigation in this case is completed and charge is filed and taken on file in C.C.No.328 of 2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
