Heard Mr.T.Dhanasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.The petitioner herein has raised a dispute which was originally filed before the Sub Court, Mahe in Old No.4 of 2010 and thereafter re-numbered as I.D.No.02 of 2012. Seeking to expedite the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The petitioner seeking adjudication over the dispute which is pending from the year 2010 onwards and now, seven years have lapsed.

4.Considering the above, direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to expedite the hearing in I.D.No.2 of 2012 and dispose it of within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
