This Petition has been filed to relax the conditional order dated 20.07.2023 imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.15846 of 2023 on condition to report before the Respondent twice daily at 10.30 am and 05.30 pm, until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and draft charge sheet is ready in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.15846 of 2023 on 20.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
