This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to dispose of the case in C.C No.1164 of 2013 within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case itself has ended in acquittal by judgment dated 05.10.2018 made in C.C No.1164 of 2013 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai.
