ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and Ms.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 3 and 4.
2. The writ petition is filed in the nature of public interest litigation. No details are given about the funds allocated, funds expended and the amount of defalcation, if any. If a public interest litigation is to be filed, all the facts are to be placed on record. There was no impediment for the petitioner to get the relevant facts under the Right to Information Act.
