ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner, as per the order of this Court dated 23.06.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.11819 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.862 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the mother of the petitioner is a heart patient and he spent medical expenses for her treatment and due to financial constrains, he was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays for extension of time to comply with the conditional amount imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant further time to the petitioner till 25.08.2025 to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.11819 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.862 of 2025.
