ORDER

[Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.09.2021 followed by the reminder dated 06.12.2021 and pass orders seeking Revision of Fee structure to the Self Financing Colleges of Education from the Academic Year 2021-2022 forthwith.

2.A representation should contain factual statement of one party in order to induce another party to consider the same. A representation should contain statement of facts and reasons appeallingly to redress the grievance. But, in the present case, ironically, the petitioner has made a representation only in few lines without making out a clear case for enhancing the fees structure. Nowhere, in the representation, it is stated as to in which year the fees structure has to be enhanced. Therefore, such an incomplete and meaningless representation of the petitioner College cannot be entertained. Secondly, the said representation does not even disclose any particulars viz., what is the salary/remuneration being given to the teachers and how much they are collecting from the students and what are expenditures incurred by the school. Therefore, we find no iota of merits in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
