ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.3076 of 2017, by order dated 08.02.2017, directed the respondent herein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2016 within a period of two months.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 08.02.2017 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 07.10.2017 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent and that the representation of the petitioner was considered and disposed of by the respondent vide proceedings dated 07.10.2017.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
