Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents herein to count the services of the Petitioners on the temporary basis from their initial date of appointment till the regularization dated 01.06.2006 for the purposes of conferment of Career Advancement Scheme and Pension benefits accordingly, refix the salary of the Petitioners with all monetary and service benefits from the date of Career Advancement to the next cadre.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to count the services of the petitioners on the temporary basis from their initial date of appointment till the regularization dated 01.06.2006 for the purposes of conferment of Career Advancement Scheme and accordingly, refix the salary of the petitioners with all monetary and service benefits from the date of Career Advancement to the next cadre.
2. According to the petitioners, the petitioners have made a representation dated 24.06.2014 to the 2nd respondent requesting to ensure the regularisation of service period of Teaching Assistant of 131 Assistant Professors from their date of appointment as Teaching Assistant. The said representation is still pending, no order has been passed. Hence, they have filed the instant writ petition before this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court for the same cause of action. She has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
4. Recording the above submission and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
