ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent, the State Information Commission to dispose of his Second Appeal. 2.Mr.C.Vigneswaran, the learned counsel has taken notice for the 1st respondent. Mr.A.Anandan, the learned Government Advocate has taken notice for the respondents 2 and 3.

3.Learned counsel for the 1st respondent makes a statement that the petitioner's second appeal was taken on record in S.A.No.5080/E/2019/08, and it was disposed of vide proceedings dated 21.10.2020. The Commission has already given a direction to the Public Information Officer, the 2nd respondent herein to 2/4

issue him the information. He also circulated a typed set of papers. 3.Documents perused. The statement of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent is recorded.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition for consideration. This writ petition stands closed accordingly.
