ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mayiladuthurai to expedite the trial in protest petition No.1471 of 2022 in Crl.M.P No.2459/2021. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submited that the protest petition is posted for hearing on 19.07.2023. 3.

In view of the submissions, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate I Mayiladuthurai, to pass final orders in the protest petition within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
