This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners that they shall report before the Respondent Police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.MP.No.8878 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.10326 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8878 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.10326 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
