O R D E R
The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the case in G.W.O.P.No.179 of 2022 from the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur and transfer the same to Family Court, Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the respondent has no objection for transferring the case to the Family Court, Chennai.
3. In view of the consent given by the respondent and considering the fact that the children are also residing in between at Thirumullaivoyal and it would be convenient for the parties to conduct the case at Family Court, Chennai.
4. Thus, the G.W.O.P.No.179 of 2022 pending on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur stands transferred to the Family Court, Chennai forthwith. The Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur is directed to transmit the case papers to the Family Court, Chennai, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the abovesaid directions, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
