2. The petitioner in both these writ petitions seeks for a direction to the Special Committee to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner dated 18.10.2004.

3. It is not known as to whether the Special Committee has either disposed of the matter or the matter is still pending. If the same is not disposed of till date, it is open to the committee to take appropriate action to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner dated 18.10.2004.

4. The writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
