Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant/issue patta, over the lands measuring Hectare 0.36.5 (0.90 Acres) in S.No.253/2 of Hanumanthapuram Village, presently classified as Anaatheenam Lands, in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 22.6.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2021 to issue patta over the land comprised in S.No.253/2 admeasuring to an extent of 0.36.5 Hectare (0.90 Acres) situated at Hanumanthapuram Village, presently classified as Anaatheenam Lands.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation for issuance of patta for the land comprised in S.No.253/2 admeasuring to an extent of 0.36.5 Hectare (0.90 Acres) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

situated at Hanumanthapuram Village, before the first respondent. On receipt of the same, the first respondent, by a communication dated 19.07.2021, directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner as directed by the first respondent, after giving an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
