This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in para 5(c) in Crl.O.P.No.20764 of 2022 dated 01.09.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for further period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation". The other conditions shall remain intact.
