ORDER

The transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P. No.208 of 2019 pending on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, to the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, the respondent, has no objection for transferring H.M.O.P. No.208 of 2019 pending on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, to the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

3. In view of the same, H.M.O.P. No.208 of 2019 pending on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai. The learned IV Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
