Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take steps to cancel the Settlement Deed bearing Document No.2676 of 2018, dated 13.08.2018 registered by the third respondent and also the sale deed bearing Document No.2166/2019 dated 19.07.2019 registered by the third respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.12.2021.

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take steps to cancel the Settlement Deed bearing Document No.2676 of 2018, dated 13.08.2018, registered by the third respondent and also the sale deed bearing Document No.2166/2019, dated 19.07.2019, registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the third respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.12.2021.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint/representation before the respondents with regard to the fraudulent transactions in respect of the properties bearing Plot Nos.168, 169 and 170 situated at Nethaji Nagar 5th Street, Tondiarpet, Chennai comprised in New S.Nos.3852 and 3852/1 as against the respondents 4 to 7 herein. On receipt of the same, the respondents have kept pending without taking any action.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the respondents 4 to 7 and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
