This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner that he shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.15734 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was filed in this matter before the Court, concerned but the same was not taken on file, yet.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
