With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to expedite the appeal proceedings in proceeding No.30150 of 2015 preferred against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ambattur in Na.Ka.No.3793/2013/a2 dated 11.10.2014 within a time frame limit as may be fixed by this Court. 3.Though very many contentions have raised in this writ petition, with regard to the factual aspects of the case, I am of the opinion since the prayer in the writ petition is only to expedite the appeal and dispose of the same within a period of two months, it is not necessary for this Court to deal with all the averments made in this writ petition.
4. Hence taking note of the fact that the appeal proceeding is pending before the respondent for more than one year, this Court directs the respondent to expedite the appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
