The petitioner herein has given a representation on 28.08.2024 regarding her grievance of being cheated by the accused Renuka and Shyamaleswati in Cr.No.252 of 2023.

2. When the matter taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that based on her representation, the police has called her and statement recorded. The Inspector of Police, the second respondent herein filed status report indicating the complaint of the petitioner also be taken for consideration and statement recorded.
