(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 292 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.R.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 to 4, Mrs.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for fifth respondent and Mr.P.Vinod Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for seventh respondent Bank.

4. Though Mr.P.Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the seventh respondent Bank vehemently opposed condonation of delay, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 292 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered as the others have no objection in allowing the petition.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
