This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to give N.O.C. (No Objection Certificate) for releasing the movie "Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and hence nothing survive in this petition.
