2. It is seen that the notice sent to the respondents 1 to 3 is served, but none appears for them.

3. Notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition.

4. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 32 days is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
