ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the order dated 07.01.2023 made in CMP.No. 42936 of 2022 on the file of XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered on the file of the respondent in Crime No.367 of 2023 on 12.09.2023 for offences under Sections 419, 406 and 420 of the IPC as per the directions of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
