ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to measure and fix boudaries for the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.42/38 to an extent of 0.0035.0 sq.mtr situated at Rottikadai, Ayyarpadi Post, Valparai Taluk, Coimbatore District by considering her representation dated 18.08.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made a representation on 18.08.2022 with a request to measure the property, fix the boundaries of the land which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's applications to survey, fix the boundaries for the land comprised in Survey No.42/38 to an extent of 0.0035.0 sq.mtr situated at Rottikadai, Ayyarpadi Post, Valparai Taluk, Coimbatore District, on merits and 2/4

in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
