This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.294 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.294 of 2019, investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed on 30.06.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
