Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to provide police protection to the petitioner in view of his petition dated 09.01.2017 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner in view of his petition dated 09.01.2017 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances.

2. It is seen that there is a property dispute between the parties. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint to the 1st respondent seeking for police protection. Since the same was not considered, hence, the present petition is filed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the 1st respondent. On receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry between the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the counter part and pass necessary orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
