(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) The petitioner is not a party to the Writ Petition No.17178 of 2018, who had already availed the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.76, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (3)] Department, dated 14.06.2018 which was eventually quashed by the learned single Judge and therefore, he is aggrieved by the learned single Judge's order passed in W.P.No.17178 of 2018 on 10.12.2018. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to leave.

2.Accordingly, the petition is ordered as prayed for.
