The petitioner herein alleging that the respondent police is harassing him on the complaint given by Sreeja, who is none other than 1/4

the wife of the petitioner, is before this Court seeking protection. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by Sreeja, the petitioner was enquired and the jewels of Sreeja which was in custody of the petitioner, was handed over to Sreeja and the complaint was closed after getting due acknowledgement of Sreeja. As on date, no case or complaint pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
