[Order of the Court was delivered by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.] Heard Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader for the Co-operative Housing Society. Petitioner seeks for clarification of order dated 19.10.2016 in W.P.No.36533 of 2016.

2. On a reading of the order, we find that direction was issued to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Society only to take necessary action in accordance with law within a time frame. In the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, various issues have been pointed out to justify that immediate action could not be taken because there are other writ petitions filed, which is pending before this Court. The Slum Clearance Board and the Corporation of Chennai are taking action.

3. In our considered view, the order and observations made by this Court are perfectly clear and lucid and requires no clarification. http://www.judis.nic.in
